At 21 years of age, Jem volunteered for one of the world’s elite and secretive special forces unit.
He served 20 years and was part of covert operations in active conflict around the world involving terrorism and weapons of mass destruction.
After the military, Jem became the head of security for the Prince of Brunei and set up his own risk and security company.
He now speaks on stages and coaches teams about resilience and overcoming fear.
